Detroit morning hours radio demonstrate Mojo in the Early morning posted photos of Fakih competing its 2007 "Stripper 101" contest. For the contest, strippers showed female listeners some moves and the "finest student" was the grand-prize winner. The stereo station says it was all in good enjoyable, but Mojo in the Morning hours wrote on its web site Monday that Miss USA officials contacted them "requesting more photographs and information" regarding Fakih's involvement in the competition. When the show's producers asked pageant officials if the design would have an impact on Fakih's subject, they wouldn't reply.
"Mojo in the Morning hours fully supports Rimah Fakih as she represents Detroit and America in the Miss Universe competition," a Mojo staffer emailed Celebrity Circuit. "The stereo indicate will not entertain requests to drag her name as a result of the mud."
